Be it shopping or preparing decorations on the occasion of Diwali, while everyone is enthusiastically participating in all this, the environment will be seen to be drenched by the rain.
According to the information of the Meteorological Department, in the next 24 hours or in fact for the next four to five days, a conducive environment for rain will be created in the state, due to which the possibility of rain with lightning has been predicted in some parts of Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan and Marathwada.
After cyclone ‘Dana’ now the vapor in the air has started traveling towards the west. Due to which, light to moderate rainfall is predicted in the state during Diwali days. After the cyclone, a cyclonic wind pattern persists in the southwestern part of the Arabian Sea. Due to which the forecast of rain is constant. Meanwhile, the Western Ghats region of the state including Vidarbha has started feeling dew in the air in the morning.
However, it cannot be denied that the heat wave will increase the problems during the afternoon hours. Solapur recorded the highest temperature of 35.4 degrees in the state. Meanwhile, the lowest temperature of 15.6 degrees was recorded at Mahabaleshwar. At present, pink cold with light rain is predicted in Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Ratnagiri, Parbhani, Nanded.
Although monsoon winds have officially bid adieu to the state, rain continued throughout the state during the first two weeks of October. Due to the formation of a low pressure area in the Arabian Sea, the state saw the presence of rain. In the state, there is rain on one side and cold weather on the other, as the weather has started to become dry in the coming years, the amount of dust particles has started to increase. In addition, there is a possibility that the air quality will deteriorate due to the increase in pollution due to fireworks display during Diwali.
