He updated the top level Govt. officials about various Banking services being provided by Indian Bank in the state of Odisha. He appraised about various Digital initiatives taken by Indian Bank for the benefit of general public as well as Corporate customers.
Bank’s participation in Odisha Govt’s “Subhadra” scheme and providing RBI’s Digital Currency by onboarding Subhadra beneficiaries to CBDC platform was also informed during his meeting with Govt. officials. Donating ambulance to Kalinaga Institute of Social Science (KISS) Shri Bajaj inaugurated a new Branch at Nimapada in Puri district. Indian Bank is now providing services through 199 branches in the state of Odisha. Shri Bajaj launched two campaigns of the Bank to boost Savings and Current deposits and reconnect with lost customers, aptly named “Run to Reach” and “Connect and Conquer”.
During the launch he addressed to the press where he Said, “Indian Bank, 7th largest public sector bank, is pioneer in digital services and customer outreach. He highlighted the transformative role of digital innovation in enhancing banking efficiency and customer experience in banking”. Shri Bajaj said, “Indian Bank’s digital journey continues with the INDSMART Mobile Banking app, an omnichannel platform offering Internet and Mobile banking services with over 220 features.
