Nayagarh Police has succeeded in arresting the bike thief

15th July, (Odisha Tazanews) Nayagarh :-> PS case No- 258 dt. 14.07.2024 U/S- 303(2) BNS , Gist of F.I.R and Investigation – On dt 14.07.2024 at 1.30 PM, complt. Ramesh Chandra Lenka (24 yrs), S/O- Rabindra Kumar Lenka of Vill- Kaithagadia, PS- Sadar, Dist- Nayagarh reported that on 08.07.2024 at about 8 PM, he parked his M/C Hero HF Deluxe bearing Rgd No. OD-02W-2396 infront of Nayagarh football ground and went to play volleyball.

At about 9 PM, he found that his M/C was not in the parking place. He confirmed that somebody had stolen his M/C. During investigation it was ascertained that the accd. Jitu @ JitendraNayak of Ichhapur, PS-Khandapada had committed theft of that M/C Hero HF Deluxe.

He had also committed theft of another Hero Splender plus M/C from Khurda area. Both the stolen M/Cs were seized from his possession. The accd.Jitu @ JitendraNayak was arrested and forwarded to the court on 14.07.2024.

1. One Hero HF Deluze M/C- bearing Rgd. No. OD-02W-23962.

2. one Hero Splender plus M/C bearing Rgd. No. OD-25A-6879(fake)
