VIGILANCE SEMINAR ORGANIZED IN KHURDA ROAD DIVISION

6th October 2023 (Odisha Tazanews) Khordha-jatni :-> The Vigilance department of East Coast Railway, organised a Vigilance Seminar at Officer’s Rest House, Khurda Road, in view of Vigilance Awareness week to be observed from 30th October to 5th November 2023. The aim is to aware the officers and staff regarding the various aspects of dealing with Vigilance cases. Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal, Additional Divisional Railway Manager, Khurda Road, participated in the seminar along with all Branch officers and staff from various departments of Khurda Road division.

Shri Pritiraj Panigrahi, Dy.Chief Vigilance Officer of East Coast Railway, elaborated all, the various procedures to be followed while dealing with Vigilance cases in the division. He also explained about the Complaint Handling Mechinism and what are the Do’s and Don’ts to be followed before and after proceeding for vigilance cases. Speaking on the occassion, Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal said that, all must be responsible and should strictly follow the procedures while dealing with Vigilance cases. Shri Sameer Mohapatra, Dy.Chief Vigilance Officer (Signal & Telecom) and Shri A.Rama Rao, Assistant Vigilance Officer, East Coast Railway, were also participated in the Seminar.
