LAPAROSCOPIC MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS INAUGURATED AT DIVISIONAL RAILWAY HOSPITAL – KHURDA ROAD.

17th March 2023 (Odisha Tazanews) Jatani/Khurda Road :- Shri Rinkesh Roy, Divisional Railway Manager, Khurda Road, inaugurated Laparoscopic set of Medical equipments at Divisional Railway Hospital, Khurda Road. With the help of these equipments, now the Railway staff and their wards can get the facilities of Laparoscopic surgeries like Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, Laparoscopic Appendectomy, Laparoscopic Hernia etc. at Railway hospital.“Laparoscopic Surgery” is a type of surgical procedure with minimum incisions or cut in the skin. As the wound in a Laparoscopic Surgery is small, there will be minimum pain and minimum blood loss. In a Laparoscopic Surgery, the patient recovers fast and he will have a shorter hospital stay in comparision to open surgery.Shri Kalyan Pattanaik, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (OP), Shri Subhra jyoti Mandal Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Infra) , Chief Medical Superntindent (CMS), Dr P K Das were present along with Branch officers and other doctors of Divisional Railway Hospital.
