Dumper crushes 9 people in Pune’s Wagholi, three die

24th Dec 2024 (Odisha Tazanews) Pune :-> Pune – Three people sleeping on the pavement in front of Wagholi Police Station in Pune were crushed by a dumper. The three deceased include a 22-year-old man, a one-year-old girl and a two-year-old boy. The two are brother and sister. Investigation revealed that the accused in this incident, Gajanan Shankar Totre, a dumper driver, was driving the dumper after drinking alcohol and he has been arrested.

Three people, Vishal Vinod Pawar aged 22, Vaibhavi Ritesh Pawar aged 1 year and Vaibhav Ritesh Pawar aged 2 years, have died. According to the information received, nine people were sleeping on the pavement in front of Wagholi Police Station on Sunday night. At around 1 am, the accused dumper driver Gajanan Shankar Totre, driving a dumper with the registration number MH 12 VF 0437 in his possession, ran over the 9 people sleeping on the pavement.
