Meeting of District Level Monitoring Committee (D-MC) on Central Sector Scheme for Farmer Producer Organizations in Nayagarh district

OdishaTaza News (4.8.2022) Nayagarh :- The meeting of District Level Monitoring Committee (D-MC) under Central Sector Scheme for Formation of Farmer Producer Organizations was convened on 03 August 2022 under the chairmanship of District Magistrate and Collector Dr. Puma Tudu at Nayagarh. The meeting was convened by DDM, NABARD and attended by PD-DRDA, officials from Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Odisha Livelihood Mission, Director -KVK and representatives of Implementing agencies SFAC and NAFED.

The Collector reviewed the progress under the Farmer Producer Organisation (FPOs) already promoted under the Scheme and advised the Cluster Based Business Organizations (CBBO) to conduct thorough survey of the proposed areas at ground level, assess the potential for income enhancement of small and marginal farmers and accordingly undertake business activities.

She also stressed on the need for proper handholding and training for the farmers. The line department officials also offered their suggestions for better implementation of the Scheme. The various activities that can be taken up by the Farmers Producer Organisations was also discussed and the Collector advised the implementing agencies to work in close coordination with the line departments.

କୃଷକ ଉତ୍ପାଦକ ସଂଗଠନ ଗଠନ ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସ୍ତରୀୟ ମନିଟରିଂ କମିଟି (ଡି-ଏମସି) ନୟାଗଡ଼ରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମାଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଟ ତଥା କଲେକ୍ଟର ଡକ୍ଟର ପୁମା ଟୁଡୁଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଡକାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ବୈଠକ ରେ PD-DRDA, NABARD ର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଉନ୍ନୟନ ଅଧିକାରୀ, କୃଷି, ଉଦ୍ୟାନ କୃଷି, ପଶୁପାଳନ, ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀ, ଓଡିଶା ଜୀବିକା ମିଶନ, ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ-କେଭିକେ ଏବଂ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ଏଜେନ୍ସି SFAC ଏବଂ NAFED ର ପ୍ରତିନିଧୀମାନେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।
କଲେକ୍ଟର ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କୃଷକ ଉତ୍ପାଦକ ସଂଗଠନ (FPOs) ର ଅଗ୍ରଗତିର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର ଆଧାରିତ ବ୍ୟବସାୟ ସଂଗଠନ (ସିବିବିଓ) କୁ ଭୂମି ସ୍ତରରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବିତ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରଗୁଡିକର ପୁଙ୍ଖାନୁପୁଙ୍ଖ ସର୍ଭେ କରିବାକୁ, କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ଆୟର ବୃଦ୍ଧି ସମ୍ଭାବନାକୁ ଆକଳନ କରିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ | କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ତାଲିମର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ଉତ୍ତମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରିତା ପାଇଁ ଲାଇନ ବିଭାଗର ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।
କୃଷକ ଉତ୍ପାଦକ ସଂଗଠନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଆଯାଇଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଲାଇନ ବିଭାଗ ସହିତ ଘନିଷ୍ଠ ସମନ୍ୱୟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ କଲେକ୍ଟର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ |
