ଓଡିଶାର ପ୍ରଥମ ମହିଳା ୟୁନିଭରସିଟି, ରମାଦେବୀ ମହିଳା ୟୁନିଭରସିଟି ର ନୂଆ ଏକାଡେମିକ୍ ବ୍ଲକ୍ ; ପାଠାଗାର ଓ ହଷ୍ଟେଲ ବିଲ୍ଡିଂ ଉଦ୍ଘାଟିତ , ୧୮ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରାଯିବ। ରମାଦେବୀ ମହିଳା ୟୁନିଭରସିଟିର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଆମର ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଜାରି ରହିବ – ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ
ଓଡ଼ିଶା ତାଜା ନ୍ୟୁଜ୍ (୮ ଫେବୃଆରୀ, ସୋମବାର ) ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର :- ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ, କରୋନା ପରେ ଆଜି ମୁଁ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟୁଛି । ଓଡିଶାର ପ୍ରଥମ ମହିଳା ୟୁନିଭରସିଟି, ରମାଦେବୀ ମହିଳା ୟୁନିଭରସିଟିକୁ ଆସିଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ବହୁତ ଖୁସି। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ତୁମମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଉଛି । ଆଜି ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କ ୟୁନିଭରସିଟିର ନୂଆ academic block, library ଓ hostel building ଆଦି ଉଦ୍ଘାଟିତ ହେଲା ।
ୟୁନିଭରସିଟିର ଗରିମାକୁ ଏହା ଆହୁରି ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବ ଏବଂ ତୁମମାନଙ୍କ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ କରିବ । ମୁଁ ଆଜି ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଆଉ କିଛି ନୂଆ project ନେଇ ଆସିଛି । ତୁମର ପୁରୁଣା academic building, hostel building ଓ open air stage ଆଦି ସବୁ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଗୁଡିକୁ ନୂଆ ରୂପ(renovation) ଦିଆଯିବ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ୧୮ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରାଯିବ। ରମାଦେବୀ ମହିଳା ୟୁନିଭରସିଟିର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଆମର ଉଦ୍ୟମ ଜାରି ରହିବ ।
This is a unique institute in the sense that it’s the first and only university in Odisha till now, dedicated to women’s education. It carries the vision of Maa Ramadevi for the education and empowerment of women in Odisha. Therefore, its responsibility is also unique. How you go ahead with your opportunities, and how you face the challenges that come in your way will define the future of this university. I believe; you are bustling with your talent and courage to redefine the prestige and dignity of your institute to make it one of the best institutes in the country.
Students are the future of society and harbinger of change. As students, you have a responsibility for yourself, for your parents and also for your motherland. You must endeavour to excel in your studies and concentrate on your career. Your knowledge will guide you, inspire you throughout your life. Knowledge is the Real Capital for a student. Every student must invest sincerely in it. It will continue to give you seamless returns all through your life.
