Bhubaneswar (Odisha Tazanews) Loyala school :- ( pratyushanews ) Loyala school Gothapatana Inaugurated by Most Rev John Barwa. Inaugurating a new chapter of excellence with Loyola School, a unit of XIM University Bhubaneswar! Loyola School, Gothapatna, under the patronage of XIM University,

and situated in the outskirts of the temple city of Bhubaneswar was inaugurated on March 22, 2025. Being built on a sprawling area of approximately 10 acres of land and with an aim of creating a serene and vibrant environment for young students to enjoy and learn in their growing years.

Loyola School, Gothapatna, affiliated with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will cater to students from LKG to Class VI to begin with. This marks a significant step in XIM University’s commitment to excellence in education and nurturing the young and bright minds who shall become the future torch bearers of the society.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by Most Rev. John Barwa SVD, Archbishop, Fr. Jerome Cutinha, S.J., Chairman, Board of Governors of XIM University, Mr. Rajive Kaul, Chairman Emeritus, Board of Governors, XIM University, Fr. Antony R. Uvari, S.J., Vice- Chancellor, XIM University, Sr. Jackuline Jesu, SCN, and Sr. Dr. Mary Margaret Nirmala,

SCN (Provincial, Sisters of Charity of Nazareth) including other key officials, faculty, staff and students of XIM fraternity who were also present for the inauguration. The address by Fr. Antony R. Uvari, S.J. Vice Chancellor, XIM University reflected the school’s vision, mission, and the collaborative efforts that have made this project a reality under the umbrella of XIM University.

As a mark of appreciation, the ceremony included the felicitation of guests and vendors who played a crucial role in bringing the school’s vision to life. Loyola School, Gothapatna. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Fr. Victor Joseph, S.J., Principal of Loyola school Gothapatana.
