Winter Games-2024 started. Inter-departmental Volleyball and Basket Ball Tournaments will be held.
27 january (Odisha Taza News) Khordha- jatni :-To encourage sports among the Railway staff and their wards, Khurda road division has inaugurated a new Basket Ball and Lawn Tennis cmplex at Traffic colony. Shri H S Bajwa Divisional Railway Manager Khurda Road and Smt Gursimran Kaur President, East Coast Railway Women’s welfare Organization (ECORWWO) inaugurated the Basket Ball and Lawn Tennis complex.
in presence of Shri Subhra Jyoti Mandal Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Infra) Shri Himadri Bhusan Biswal Sports officer and Sr.Divisional Finance Manager Khurda Road and all the branch officers. On the occasion “Winter Games-2024” was also inaugurated by East Coast Railway Sports Association Khurda Road. in which various types of Indoor and Outdoor games like Badminton, Carrom, Chess,Lawn Tennis etc will be conducted for the Railway employees and for their wards of different age groups.
Simultaneously Inter-departmental Volleyball and Basket Ball tournaments will be organized between the different departments of the division.All the Tournaments will continue up to 2nd February 2024. The games and tournaments will be co-ordinated by Md.Zakiruddin Sports secretary and the by the members of Sports Association, Khurda Road.
