Bhubaneswar (Odisha Tazanews) :- FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar successfully hosted the 6th FLO Odisha Awards on 18 March 2026 at Mayfair Convention, Bhubaneswar, celebrating the remarkable achievements of women entrepreneurs and professionals from across Odisha who have made significant contributions to economic growth and social development.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Hon’ble Speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly , Surama Padhy, Guest of Honour Sampad Chandra Swain, Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Skill Development & Technical Education, Odisha.
Their presence and encouraging words inspired women entrepreneurs and professionals to continue striving for excellence and innovation in their respective fields.The 6th FLO Odisha Awards recognised outstanding women achievers across diverse sectors for their leadership, innovation, and impactful contributions.

FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), has been committed to promoting the economic empowerment and professional growth of women since its inception in 1983.
Through workshops, seminars, conferences, training programs, and capacity-building initiatives, FLO has consistently supported women in showcasing their talents, skills, and entrepreneurial capabilities across diverse sectors. Today, FLO represents a network of over 8,000 women entrepreneurs and professionals across 10 cities in India, while also collaborating with international women’s organizations to foster global partnerships, exchange best practices, and strengthen networking opportunities.
The FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar Chapter, established in 2020 under the leadership of its Founding Chairperson Dharitri Patnaik, began with 61 pioneering members Under the leadership of the current Chairperson Prangyan Paramita Mishra , FICCI FLO has grown to 147 members, with a vision to expand to 201 members by the end of the year. The chapter comprises dynamic women leading large businesses, MSMEs, and startups, while actively engaging in skill development initiatives for both rural and urban women.
FLO Bhubaneswar continues to drive impactful programs, innovative collaborations, and initiatives aimed at empowering women and creating sustainable opportunities across sectors. The evening concluded with a renewed commitment from FLO Bhubaneswar to continue strengthening the ecosystem for women entrepreneurs in Odisha and to celebrate leadership, innovation, and achievements of women across the state.
