Khurda Road (Odisha Tazanews) :- Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway organised a farewell felicitation programme for Shri Anil Kumar S, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, on the occasion of his transfer to South Coast Railway on his own cadre. During the programme, Shri Anil Kumar S was felicitated by Shri R.Manoj Babu, Sr.DCM (Freight), Shri H. N. Nayak, ACM, and Smt. Dimple Koushik, ACM/KUR.
On the occasion, the officers and staff recalled Shri Anil Kumar S’s valuable contributions, dedication to duty and committed service during his tenure at Khurda Road Division. They appreciated his efforts and contribution towards the effective functioning of the Commercial Department and conveyed their best wishes for his new assignment. Shri Anil Kumar S expressed his gratitude to the officers and staff of Khurda Road Division for their support and cooperation during his tenure. The officers and staff wished him continued success in his new assignment at South Coast Railway and a bright and fulfilling career ahead.
During this tenure, he achieved many Commercial goals and targets, reaching the KUR Division with a benchmark and remarkable earnings. His leadership was instrumental in a wide range of achievements, starting from the successful and smooth execution of the massive Car Festival (Rath Yatra) passenger operations, to driving a significant increase in overall Railway Revenue through intensive ticket checking enforcement and robust freight management.furthermore, his tenure saw a major boost in Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) streams, a comprehensive upgrade in Catering management, and a transformative focus on station development works—significantly modernising passenger amenities and infrastructure across key stations in the division.
