Maharashtra (Odisha Tazanews) Pune :- Lovely Professional University (LPU) successfully organized the second edition of its flagship outreach program, “Experience LPU – A Day of Lifetime Inspiration,” in Pune, Maharashtra, on 28 June 2026. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from aspiring students and parents from Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Kolhapur, Satara, Ahmednagar, Solapur, Lonavala, and nearby regions.
The program was designed to provide students and parents with comprehensive information about higher education opportunities, career-oriented academic programs, student development initiatives, placement support, international exposure, and scholarship opportunities offered by Lovely Professional University.
The event was graced by Dr. Sami Anand, Additional Dean, Professor & Head, Centre of Excellence, as the Chief Guest. *Dr. Nitin Kadam, Founder-President, Disha Academy, Wai, Maharashtra , attended as the Guest of Honour, while Prof. Rupali Kadam, Managing Director, Disha Academy, Wai , joined as the Special Guest.
Distinguished university representatives including *Dr. Lalit Bhalla (Associate Dean & Professor), Dr. Vishal Sharma (Associate Professor & Associate Dean, Head – Division of Student Relationship), and Dr. Nitin Bharadwaj (Professor & Associate Dean, Head – Division of Youth Affairs) interacted extensively with students and parents,
addressing their queries regarding admissions, academics, placements, campus life, and career opportunities. The sessions highlighted LPU’s academic excellence, industry-integrated curriculum, internships, placements, entrepreneurship ecosystem, international exposure, skill enhancement initiatives, and innovative student-centric teaching methodologies.
A major attraction of the program was the recognition of meritorious students through scholarships awarded on the basis of academic excellence, sports achievements, cultural accomplishments, and national-level competitive examination performance.
The scholarship initiative received tremendous appreciation from students and parents alike. The enthusiastic participation of students and parents reflected the growing aspiration among Maharashtra’s youth for quality higher education and future-ready career opportunities.
The program was successfully coordinated by the LPU Pune Office team under the leadership of *Mr. Hemant Vij, Assistant Director, with the guidance of *Mr. Nitin Kumar, Deputy Dean & Zonal Head (Central) and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Dixit, Assistant Director – Communication, Engagement & Alliances.
