The recognition took place during a program organized to celebrate World Press Freedom Day at the Suryansh Hotel in Bhubaneswar. The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including BJP State President and Rajya Sabha MP Manmohan Samal, who served as the chief guest, and MLA Babu Singh.
