Founder of the Mumbai-based Valuable Group, organized a grand commemorative event titled “Sāgara Pran Talamalala” on December 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar. A grand and majestic statue of Veer Savarkar was unveiled by Hon. Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, in the esteemed presence of Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah.
A rare and remarkable scene unfolded as Hon. Mohan Bhagwat ji and Hon. Amit Shah ji came together at a public function. Admiral ( Retd) Devendra Kumar Joshi, Hon. Lt. Governor, Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman & Nicobar, and Maharashtra’s Cultural Affairs and IT Minister Adv. Ashish Shelar were also present as Guests of Honour, along with Ameya Hete, Founder, Valuable Group.
This monument stands as a vibrant symbol of Savarkar’s unwavering nationalism, sacrifice, and fearless ideology. The statue has been designed and crafted by Shri Ram Sutar, who was recently felicitated with the Maharashtra Bhushan. “This ceremony is not merely a cultural program; it is a humble salute to the inspiring history of India’s freedom struggle.
It is a sincere effort to kindle the spark of patriotism in the hearts of future generations. For us, this celebration is not just an honour but a means of expressing our gratitude to Veer Savarkar for his profound sacrifice and service to Bharat,” said Shri Ameya Hete, Founder, Valuable Group.
