A NEW ERA FOR REAL ESTATE : “ODISHA DEVELOPER’S FEDERATION-ODFED”

Bhubaneswar (Odisha Tazanew) :- In a significant milestone for Odisha Real Estate Sector, most of the leading developers and stakeholders of erstwhile CREDAI Bhubaneswar Foundation, an authorized apex body of central CREDAI operating at Bhubaneswar, have now wilfully withdrawn together, due to the discouraging attitude of the so called central CREDAI towards elimination of unethical operators, in the body and against the preference for retaining only RERA registered builders.Hence, today this is a reincarnation in the form of “THE ODISHA DEVELOPER’S FEDERATION- ODFED”, aiming to continue as usual it’s preaching of Ethical Practice in the trade & among the members, to win the confidence of all property buyers in the State. Surprisingly, all the members, in the new body have their enormous own experiences in the field and excellent performance track record over last three & half decade, irrespective of the fact that they were recognized as Pioneers under the umbrella of erstwhile association REDA, AFORD and CREDAI Bhubaneswar Foundation.

The official launch of the Odisha Developer’s Federation was marked by a special ceremony held at Hotel Sandy’s Tower, Bhubaneswar, attended by prominent Industry Leaders, Government Officials, Architects, Urban Planners, and Members of the Media.

One of the highlights of the event was the unveiling of the Federation’s official logo, symbolising unity, innovation, and a shared vision for Odisha’s urban transformation in a very transparent manner. The logo reflects the Federation’s core values of ethical practise , commitment for better service home buyers’ integrity, and will represent the organisation across all platforms and communications moving forward.Speaking at the launch, Mr. Pradipta Kumar Biswasroy, President, ODFED, said, “This Federation is virtually a reincarnation of CREDAI Bhubaneswar Foundation, a vibrant platform for developers to come together, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to the state’s growth. With Odisha poised for rapid urbanisation and investment, ODFED will play a vital role in shaping its future real estate landscape.”

The Odisha Developer’s Federation has been established with the objective of :
