Bhubaneswar (Odisha Tazanews) :- The Closing Ceremony and Prize Distribution of the Group-F Intra Competitions of the All India Sainik Schools National Games and Cultural Meet–2025 was held today at Sainik School Bhubaneswar. The event, conducted from 19 to 22 August 2025, witnessed spirited participation from Sainik School Ambikapur (Chhattisgarh), Sainik School Korukonda (Andhra Pradesh), Sainik School Sambalpur (Odisha), and the host Sainik School Bhubaneswar (Odisha).
Colonel Pankaj Kumar, Principal Sainik School Bhubaneswar, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and awarded prizes to the winners. In his address, he lauded the enthusiasm, discipline, and sportsmanship displayed by the cadets, encouraging them to carry forward the values of teamwork, resilience, and leadership in every sphere of life.
In the keenly contested events, Sainik School Bhubaneswar emerged as champions in Athletics, Cultural Events, Basketball (Girls Junior), and Basketball (Boys Junior). Sainik School Sambalpur secured the championship in the Volleyball (Boys) category. By securing victories in four out of five categories,
Sainik School Bhubaneswar lifted the Overall Champion Trophy of the Group-F Competitions. The four-day event concluded with a resounding spirit of camaraderie and excellence, truly reflecting the ethos of the Sainik Schools in grooming cadets into future leaders of the nation.
