16Th July 2024, (Odisha Tazanews) Naygarah :-> Gist of F.I.R and Investigation – On Dt-10.07.2024 at 07.45 PM Complt Jyoshna Mohanty(27),W/O-Gokul Chandra Nisanka, Vill-Kural,PS-Odagaon ,Dist-Naygarah appeared at PS and alleging there in that today i.e On Dt-10.07.2024 at about 02.30 PM along with her husband returning from her house , on the way near ranigadia chhak about 100 meter suddenly three unknown accused persons came in a motor cycle and voluntarily restrained the complt and assaulted them brutally her husband . While the complt and her husband retaliate them, the accused persons have threatened to kill her life point of a pistol and exploded bombs aiming to the complt and her husband and frightened those .The accused persons have forcibly snatched away the necklace from the neck of Complt along with her mobile phone and vanity bag.
During investigation on verification of CCTV installed at Co-operative society at Gateri it came out that accused persons (1) Siba Sethi @Jati(22),S/O Surendra @Gandu Sethi, Vill-Itamati Jagannatha Sahi,(2) Chandan Behera@Munu(25),S/O-Sudarshan Behera of Vill-Itamati,Ekadalia Sahi and (3) Tarun Ghadei @ Taru (28) ,S/O- Dinabandhu Ghadei,Vill- Itamati,Harijan Sahi all are PS-Itamati ,Dist-Nayagarh were chasing the victim .On interrogation the accused persons admitted their guilty .During the police custody they led the police and shown the place where Siba Sethi @Jati(22),S/O-Surendra@Gandu Sethi, Vill-Itamati Jagannatha Sahi,PS-Itamati,Dist-Nayagarh led the police to his house, brought out the necklace from a suitcase.
On production a necklace has been seized . On personal search the cash of Rs-200/- from accused Chandan Behera @ Munu(25),S/O-Sudarshan Behera of Vill-Itamati,Ekadalia Sahi and Tarun Ghadei @ Taru (28) ,S/O- Dinabandhu Ghadei,Vill- Itamati ,Harijan Sahi all are PS-Itamati ,Dist-Nayagarh has been seized .The accused (1) Siba Sethi @Jati(22),S/O-Surendra@Gandu Sethi, Vill-Itamati Jagannatha Sahi,(2) Chandan Behera@Munu(25),S/O-Sudarshan Behera of Vill-Itamati,Ekadalia Sahi and
(3) Tarun Ghadei @ Taru (28) ,S/O- Dinabandhu Ghadei,Vill- Itamati,Harijan Sahi all are PS-Itamati ,Dist-Nayagarh were arrested and forwarded to the Honourable court on Dt-16.07.2024. Name and address of accd. Person – (1) Siba Sethi @Jati(22),S/O-Surendra @Gandu Sethi, Vill-Itamati Jagannatha Sahi,(2) Chandan Behera @ Munu (25),S/O-Sudarshan Behera of Vill-Itamati,Ekadalia Sahi and (3) Tarun Ghadei @ Taru (28) ,S/O- Dinabandhu Ghadei,Vill- Itamati,Harijan Sahi all are PS-Itamati ,Dist-Nayagarh.
Seizure-
1. One Imitation necklace.
2. Cash of Rs-200/-( Each accused person Cash of Rs-100/-)
